The California Department of Emotional Regulation invites participants to explore these questions and to inventory their own emotional landscape. Simultaneously reproducing and interrogating the bureaucratic structures and rituals that circumscribe much of our lives, the CA Dept. of Emotional Regulation offers an opportunity for reflection, petition, and ultimately, liberation.
